When you open the door you will be glad that you are here... cheerful and colorful!!! A beautiful home only steps to the beach in a great area with a drive on beach access.
The living room has a Sunbrella sleeper sofa and loveseat so comfortable you will love to relax after the long romantic walks on the beach. With the 37" Plasma TV you can enjoy your favorite movie. A fireplace for those cooler winter nights.
The kitchen is open to the living area and dining area so you may all have the pleasure of socializing. With 5 counter bar stools surrounding the kitchen, you can keep the chef company. Quality kitchenware you will enjoy including an extra large electric griddle for the breakfast feast.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large chest of drawers, and 2 night stands, a master bathroom with large tub/shower, and a huge closet. All new bright colored tropical decor, quality linens. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD and the master with a TV/VCR/DVD.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with palm trees carved in the headboard and double dresser, all new quality linens for your comfort. Palm tree decor with a cute banana tree in your room! TV/DVD
The kids bedroom as I call it has 2 twin beds, surfboard and woody decor. The woody lamp is so cool! TV/DVD
The bathrooms are decorated nicely with quality towels.
Also, beautiful large beach towels, beach chairs, and a large beach umbrella for your use. Only a one minute walk to the Beach!
Outside those glass doors you will find the beautiful sparkling pool - so inviting...along with a large BBQ grill and a comfortable patio set. Also, 2 lounge chairs to get that perfect tan.

A little bit about me...
I'm Donna, the owner of most of these homes. I love to decorate them and make them perfect in everyway for your vacation. I enjoy buying quality items. Very friendly and accomodating to your needs. I am also a Realtor with Realty Executives on St. Augustine Beach. I've been a realtor for over 10 years and worked very hard to get where I am today. If you would like to look at property I will be glad to assist you. I am a single mom of three children. My son, Richard is a lawyer in Hollywood, Florida. He graduated Fordham Law School with honors. He is also very active as a Realtor and investor. My daughter Julie just moved back to St. Augustine from Las Vegas. She won the presidential award this past year with Medtronic Cardiac Division. She transferred to Jacksonville and is now in the Spinal Division. Glad to have her living close to me again so I can enjoy watching her barrell race. She loves her horses! My son, TJ is a teenager and the first to make me a grandma in Sept. 2007. Oh Boy! TJ and Kayla live with me.
