Want a wonderful vacation spot? You have it all here! Walk into this light and bright home with beautiful paintings, leather sleeper sofa, and large hot tub. Bring your boat or use the kayak and cruise down the intercoastal waterway to the oldest city in the country. You may just want to relax and watch your favorite TV/DVD/VCR show on this HD Wide Screen TV.
Floors are ceramic tile and carpet in the bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a king size bed and a twin. You will love the large walk in closet. Master bedroom has a 20" flat screen TV/DVD on a wall mount and has a private bathroom with tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom is very colorful with fish decor and has a queen bed and a twin. This room has a LCD TV/DVD on a wall mount. Just look at my pictures and you will see how comfortable and cheerful this home is. The kitchen has all the appliances you will need and very accommodating. You will enjoy the view of the waterway while relaxing in the large hot tub. Just what you will need after a busy day. If you love to watch TV....while in the pool or hot tub you have another flat screen TV on wall mount under my 14x48 covered patio. Enjoy having a BBQ on the patio. Stainless steel grill and patio furniture.
Bring your boat if you wish and dock it on the 10x20 floating dock. There are two boat ramps within a mile. The 2 seater ocean kayak is ready for you with paddles and life jackets. Maybe a ride to the beach on the beach bikes sounds better. Just have fun and do it all! Don't worry about keeping in touch with your family and friends since DSL Wireless Internet Service is provided. Ride the bikes or walk to the beach which is just a few minutes away by car. This home has deeded beach access but the walkway is about 1/2 mile away. This access seems to be a quiet spot to just gaze into the ocean or take a peaceful walk. My favorite beach is 1/2 mile away also, in the other direction. Here is where you will find an oceanfront restaurant/lounge, drive-on beach access, rest rooms, pavillions, and showers. Plenty or parking if you do not want to drive on the beach and park.
Heated saline inground pool is beautiful! It was designed so the first step is very large and about one foot deep to use as a kiddie pool or area to sunbathe. The deck around the pool is huge for outdoor BBQ's. Like new 4 burner Stainless Steel Gas Grill with side burner. The white vinyl privacy fence and palm trees makes this a beautiful tropical setting and very private.

Please ask me if you are interested in fishing the flats. I do have a jon boat with oars and a trolling motor equipped with batteries and chargers for a 4-hour trip. $100 extra for the week.

A little bit about me...
I'm Donna, the owner of most of these homes. I love to decorate them and make them perfect in everyway for your vacation. I enjoy buying quality items. Very friendly and accomodating to your needs. I am also a Realtor with Realty Executives on St. Augustine Beach. I've been a realtor for over 10 years and worked very hard to get where I am today. If you would like to look at property I will be glad to assist you. I am a single mom of three children. My son, Richard is a lawyer in Hollywood, Florida. He graduated Fordham Law School with honors. He is also very active as a Realtor and investor. My daughter Julie just moved back to St. Augustine from Las Vegas. She won the presidential award this past year with Medtronic Cardiac Division. She transferred to Jacksonville and is now in the Spinal Division. Glad to have her living close to me again so I can enjoy watching her barrell race. She loves her horses! My son, TJ is a teenager and the first to make me a grandma in Sept. 2007. Oh Boy! TJ and Kayla live with me.
