Just a 3 minute walk from the beach you will find this beautifully decorated oceanside home with high ceilings, 1875 sq. ft. and a home built in 1998. Home has central air and heat. Also, decorated with a tropical atmosphere, has a beige leather sofa and chairs, beachy paintings and large palm trees in all rooms, big screen TV, 5 changer DVD/CD player and a fireplace for those cooler romantic winter nights. The home is light and bright. Everyone loves this home and says, "it looks better than the pictures".
The bedrooms are colorful and comfortable. A king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom which I call the kids room. A TV/DVD is in every room along with cable. The kitchen has a double oven, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator, and all the small appliances you could possibly ask for. Large table seating for six. The large electric griddle will be great for the large family breakfast.
The screened lanai has a hot tub large enough for 6, stainless BBQ grill, an electic grill, and patio set for 6. The heated pool is an L shape and is the perfect size for relaxing and cooling off. Beach chairs, 2 aluminum beach bikes, beach umbrella, extra large wagon to tote the cooler/kids stuff/towels/etc. to the beach. You will truly enjoy yourself in this great vacation rental home!

A little bit about me...
I'm Donna, the owner of most of these homes. I love to decorate them and make them perfect in everyway for your vacation. I enjoy buying quality items. Very friendly and accomodating to your needs. I am also a Realtor with Realty Executives on St. Augustine Beach. I've been a realtor for over 10 years and worked very hard to get where I am today. If you would like to look at property I will be glad to assist you. I am a single mom of three children. My son, Richard is a lawyer in Hollywood, Florida. He graduated Fordham Law School with honors. He is also very active as a Realtor and investor. My daughter Julie just moved back to St. Augustine from Las Vegas. She won the presidential award this past year with Medtronic Cardiac Division. She transferred to Jacksonville and is now in the Spinal Division. Glad to have her living close to me again so I can enjoy watching her barrell race. She loves her horses! My son, TJ is a teenager and the first to make me a grandma in Sept. 2007. Oh Boy! TJ and Kayla live with me.
