This is a lovely 2nd-floor, completely private, 1150 sq. ft. beach condo. You will love it!!!
My condo has a fully stocked kitchen, and bonus room which is very comfortable. The bonus room has a quality futon with a 9" mattress. It may be used as a sitting room or an additional bedroom. Great for the kids! You will love it!
Master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed and a TV/DVD on a wall mount. Also, a private bathroom with tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable full/queen bed and a twin bed with a TV/DVD and a private bathroom with a shower. My pictures will show the decor. Everyone remarks what a comfortable lovely home. Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided.
Tropical decor and palm trees give this condo a Key West beach atmosphere. What a great Florida feeling!
As you look out the sliding doors you will see the view of the lagoon and tennis players in the distance. On the balcony you may enjoy the weber BBQ grill for your BBQ. Also, a large rubbermaid storage chest filled with beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, tennis rackets and balls, and other goodies.
Although there isn't a view of the ocean you will enjoy the sound of the ocean (unless very calm) while you sip your favorite cold beverage on the balcony. It's only a 2-minute walk to the beach. If you want to use the indoor heated pool instead, it's just a few steps away in the next building. My grandbaby, Jayden and his mom, Kayla are enjoying the indoor heated pool in the picture. This pool stays warm and is a pleasure all year long.
This complex has a 85ft. outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub overlooking the ocean. Also, exercise room, tennis courts, racketball, and more...

A little bit about me...
I'm Donna, the owner of most of these homes. I love to decorate them and make them perfect in everyway for your vacation. I enjoy buying quality items. Very friendly and accomodating to your needs. I am also a Realtor with Realty Executives on St. Augustine Beach. I've been a realtor for over 10 years and worked very hard to get where I am today. If you would like to look at property I will be glad to assist you. I am a single mom of three children. My son, Richard is a lawyer in Hollywood, Florida. He graduated Fordham Law School with honors. He is also very active as a Realtor and investor. My daughter Julie just moved back to St. Augustine from Las Vegas. She won the presidential award this past year with Medtronic Cardiac Division. She transferred to Jacksonville and is now in the Spinal Division. Glad to have her living close to me again so I can enjoy watching her barrell race. She loves her horses! My son, TJ is a teenager and the first to make me a grandma in Sept. 2007. Oh Boy! TJ and Kayla live with me.
