Large luxury beach house only steps to beach and intracoastal. My home sits on the narrow part of the Island so you have the best of both worlds. Just a two minute walk to the beach or to the intracoastal waterway. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise or relax on the large decks gazing into the sunset. What more do you want? There is a 2 car garage and a beautiful tiled convenience room on the ground floor. This cheerful room consist of a full size sleeper, 2nd kitchen area with side by side refrigerator, 2 bistro tables and a bathroom with a gorgeous tiled large shower. French doors to the pool makes this room so convenient while out at the pool. A refrigerator, kitchen area, sleeper sofa, and bathroom now only steps to the pool. Plenty of large towels and beach towels for your use. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom makes a statement! This bedroom set is all bamboo with a canopy top. You will feel like you are definetly on an island. (which you are). It is absolutely beautiful! French doors to the deck outside two of the bedrooms. If you would like the night air just walk out on the deck and lounge on the loveseat while you sip on your favorite drink. The top floor is my favorite with one large open room. It has windows on all walls so you have a beautiful breeze and views of the waterway. 2" blinds on all windows. This large open kitchen is light and bright and has quality kitchenware. My queen leather sleeper sofa and arm chairs look very elegant with the palm trees and cottage-look dining set and four bright colored bar stools at the counter. Also a twin sleeper in the large leather ottoman and a key west style quality futon with a 9" mattress. A bathroom with shower for the guest on the top floor. Also, a desk for your laptop with wireless high speed internet. Bright cheerful paintings throughout my home makes this a great rental for any family to enjoy. Beautiful large pool and hot tub and nice private yard with large palms. My dog, Simba is a country dog that loved to roam on my 15 acre farm all his life. Now at 14 years old I have brought him to the beach where he can retire. He really enjoyed this home while I was decorating it. He loved the pool area and liked relaxing on the decks. He is now living with me and is not at this home. It is now decorated beautiful and ready for your vacation!
This home does have views of the waterway as I mentioned. It does not have views of the ocean since the high dune oceanfront homes block the view.

A little bit about me...
I'm Donna, the owner of most of these homes. I love to decorate them and make them perfect in everyway for your vacation. I enjoy buying quality items. Very friendly and accomodating to your needs. I am also a Realtor with Realty Executives on St. Augustine Beach. I've been a realtor for over 10 years and worked very hard to get where I am today. If you would like to look at property I will be glad to assist you. I am a single mom of three children. My son, Richard is a lawyer in Hollywood, Florida. He graduated Fordham Law School with honors. He is also very active as a Realtor and investor. My daughter Julie just moved back to St. Augustine from Las Vegas. She won the presidential award this past year with Medtronic Cardiac Division. She transferred to Jacksonville and is now in the Spinal Division. Glad to have her living close to me again so I can enjoy watching her barrell race. She loves her horses! My son, TJ is a teenager and the first to make me a grandma in Sept. 2007. Oh Boy! TJ and Kayla live with me.
